21 Day Fix Extreme Coming Soon!

21 Day Fix Extreme 3In February 2014, Beachbody launched an incredible program, the 21 Day Fix, with fitness trainer Autumn Calabrese.  The demand for this program was so great that it sold out three times, I believe.  Beachbody was blown away by the tremendous demand for this product.  The 21 Day Fix is the first workout program that Beachbody has created that gives equal attention to the nutritional aspect and the workout aspect of the program.  Initially, I was under the impression that this wouldn’t be that challenging of a workout.  How wrong I was!  Any program that can yield results of a 15 pound weight loss in 21 days has got to deliver!  (Indeed, one of the test group participants lost 21 pounds in his first 21 days.  He has gone on to lose over 100 pounds doing multiple rounds of the 21 Day Fix.)   While this workout is tough, it is completely do-able.  All the moves have a modifier to help those who are beginning to workout, perhaps for the first time, or who have not worked out in a long time.

21 Day FIX EXTREME Overview

  • TIME:  21 Day Fix Extreme workouts will be approximately 30 minutes long.  The program is also 21 days long, just like the 21 Day Fix.  Both programs can be done in multiple rounds each.
  • NUTRITION:  The 21 Day Fix Extreme follows the same portion-controlled eating plan as the 21 Day Fix.  The 21 Day Fix Extreme comes with Autumn Calabrese’s Countdown to Competition eating plan for both men and women.
  • EQUIPMENT:  Minimal equipment required.  A yoga mat and some dumbbells in a weight range aligned with your goals.  (If you want to add bulk, go with heavier weights.  If you are after a leaner look, select lower weights.
